Sedona orders are delivered on the next business day.

We deliver locally; Monday - Friday.

THAWING & HEATING INSTRUCTIONS

Soups & Sauces

Thaw in the refrigerator or submerge in cold water. Consume within 3 days of thawing. Keep refrigerated.

To prepare; shake the bag gently, and cut open the bag. Pour the desired serving in a saucepan. Bring to a gentle boil. Buon Appetito! Refrigerate the unused portion.
Saucy Meatballs

Thaw in the refrigerator or submerge in cold water. Consume within 3 days of thawing. Keep refrigerated.
To prepare; shake the bag gently, and cut open the bag. Put contents in a saucepan. Bring the delicate sauce to a gentle boil and allow to simmer until meatballs are heated throughout. Buon Appetito!
Lasagna & Eggplant Parmesan
Thaw in the refrigerator.
To prepare; Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Remove recyclable plastic top. Loosely cover the baking container with foil. Place the container on a baking sheet in the center of the oven. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
Gently remove foil and continue to bake until top is bubbling. To check temperature, gently slide a knife into the center, the knife should be hot to the touch.
Fresh Pasta
Cook pasta by filling a 4 quart pot 3/4 full of cold water. Bring water to a rapid boil. Add salt. Add the pasta skein(nest) to boiling water. Set a timer for 1 minute.
Gently swirl pasta with a wooden spoon to allow hot water to flow freely around the pasta. When ready gently strain pasta and always retain a little pasta water to incorporate into your pasta sauce. Buon Appetito!
Empanadas
To prepare; Remove frozen empanadas, from the bag. Choose the number of empanadas to be enjoyed. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees and bake frozen empanadas on a baking sheet for approximately 15-18 minutes or until evenly golden brown. For a crispier empanada, brush the frozen empanada with egg wash, prior to baking.
Desserts
Thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Consume within 3 days of thawing. Keep refrigerated.

Dahl-To-Door is an online shopping experience brought to you by Chef Lisa Dahl in Sedona, Arizona. Our products are delivered nationwide and locally in Sedona. The Dahl-To-Door store mimics Lisa's mission with her restaurants and cuisine.

Her cookbook The Elixir of Life embodies many of the recipes from her restaurants and has sold nearly 15,000 copies.

Lisa has worked for over 25 years at a fevered pitch growing and refining her restaurants and cuisine. Chef Dahl is nationally recognized as one of the top female chefs. In 2018 and 2019 the Arizona Restaurant Association Foodist Awards chose Lisa as Arizona's Top Chef and Food Pioneer respectively.
